This design was inspired from the famous print created by Katsushika Hokusai titled,"神奈川沖浪裏" or "The Great Wave off Kanagawa (1831)." Although this version does not contain the two sailboats carrying the Japanese sailors, it does have a feature that is not seen in the original. The Red Sun, many believe that it is based off the Japanese flag symbolizing that this piece of artwork originated in that country, while others believe that it is a symbol for the Japanese empire enduring any storm it comes across. It is always left up for interpretation and the appreciation for the original piece is shared worldwide. We wanted to add a design that symbolizes strength and unity. With the powerful waves forming as one giant force to make a powerful impact on the sea floor, we knew this was a perfect depiction of what we stand for as a brand. Where there is unity there is strength and where there is strength there is unity. Whether it be individual or in a group, you can find unity in yourself by setting goals, striving for success, and by always finding balance internally. Share this design or leave a review!
