Will shipping and handling times be longer than usual because of the pandemic?
- Yes. Due to COVID-19 our shipping deadlines have been extended by at least 1 week to make sure your product is shipped safely and securely. Your safety and the safety of our employees are so very important to us and we want to make sure everyone is safe during these times. What are the safety measures you are taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
- We are preventing the spread by only allowing a few clothing specialists on the site. We have also extended our shipping and handling times by at least 1 week to make sure that each product is handled carefully and that each employee is protected. If I have a question about the materials used or the fabrics used in the clothing, who can I talk to?
- For all questions on materials/fabrics/sizes you can contact our staff and support team at email@example.com. Our team will get back to you within 24 Hours.
I just received a coupon when I entered the store but it did not transfer onto my order, what can I do about this?
- This may be an issue with not signing up with your email. All discount codes are sent to your email where you can then use them on your order. If this is not a case email our team the discount code and the proof of purchase through an online receipt. Once we've received your online receipt we will add the discount to your order.
I ordered the wrong size/color, is there anyway I can update the order before it is shipped to me?
- Yes. For any order changes you have from 1 to 3 days to make the necessary changes. If it is passed those days and you still need a change in size or color, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After the order is shipped the only thing we can do is have you send the item back to us and we'll do the necessary adjustments to make sure your order is the way you want it. Order delays during Covid-19
We at Bold StreetWear wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who's been showing support to our business in this challenging time. For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal with the changes, and we're hoping it'll be over soon. We're staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays.
